As a Kosalo Sales Agent, your work will include:

  • Introducing groups in your area to Kosalo App
  • Registering groups for a free trial using your referral code
  • Assisting during onboarding sessions
  • Building trust with the community groups

This is a flexible, commission-based opportunity designed for people who understand their local community and can communicate confidently.

How You Earn

Earn a share of the subscription revenue from every group you successfully onboard and convert to Kosalo App — for as long as they stay subscribed, up to 3 years.

Who Can Apply

We are looking for motivated individuals who:

  • Live within Kenya
  • Know or can find local/online chamas, welfare, table banking, merry-go-round, and self-help groups
  • Have good communication skills
  • Can attend online training sessions and orientation upon request

We need individuals who are self-motivated and interested in long-term growth. No CV or previous sales experience is required.
